Outdoor Refuge: Marble patios, a 42-foot heated gunite pool with spa, a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, and a sunken Har-Tru tennis court provide a luxurious outdoor living experience.

Exceptional Durability: Built to withstand 240 mph winds and resist fire, mold, and termites, the residence includes an elevator, a 1,000-square-foot roof deck, and ample storage under the three-car garage.
