Set on a 1.03-acre parcel with 126 feet of beach frontage, this 5,000-square-foot estate combines warmth, elegance, and innovative design, embodying a blend of laid-back beach chic and refined sophistication.

Design Concept

Inspired by the natural beauty of California’s coast, the Potato Residence blends laid-back coastal allure with refined elegance. Using a palette of limestone, stucco, and mahogany, the design emphasizes warmth and harmony, creating a seamless connection with the serene landscape.

Natural Harmony: Designed to embrace its oceanfront location, the home’s lush dune landscaping and expansive lawn provide a serene backdrop, with an elevated boardwalk leading to the pristine beach.

Luxury Living Spaces: The residence offers six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, featuring panoramic ocean views from multiple terraces and an infinity pool with a striking glass waterfall.

Elegant Design: A warm palette of natural materials, including limestone and bespoke mahogany, brings depth and richness to the residence, blending sophistication with coastal charm.

Outdoor Oasis: A 360-degree zero-edge pool, sunken lounges, and a gas fire feature reminiscent of Amanyara resort create an immersive outdoor experience, perfect for gatherings and peaceful moments alike.
