Design Concept

Inspired by coastal charm and resort elegance, Surfside I merges the essence of refined living with relaxation. Every detail, from panoramic ocean views to high-touch finishes, was crafted to provide a serene yet sophisticated lifestyle, embodying the allure of a private seaside retreat.

Key Features

Grand Entertainment Spaces: A 56-foot great room with floor-to-ceiling windows captures panoramic ocean views, complemented by an outdoor deck designed for gatherings reminiscent of a private beach club.

High-End Finishes: Built with solid steel construction and hurricane-proof glass, the residence features polished steel cabinetry and sunlit interiors, highlighting craftsmanship at every turn.
